Refund policy

Please be advised that change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. Customers are entitled to replacements or refunds for major defects with our products within 14 days, as stated in consumer guarantees. 

Damage caused by courier
If there's anything damaged in your delivery, please send us a request. As soon as we receive your request, we'll be in touch to help you return your damaged item and arrange a prompt replacement.

We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from us and to ensure complete satisfaction we do offer refunds in some situations. How we process your refund and how long it takes may depend on the nature of the refund and the method of payment you used. 25% restocking fee may apply.
