Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

For items that are on backorder, we will strive to dispatch the items as soon as they become available. The items will be shipped in an order with respect to the dates the orders are received. All Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the Order at the latest on the date indicated during the Order and according to the country of delivery. delivery within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

Delivery periods may be longer during busy operating periods.

*****Due to the high volume of orders we receive during the Black Friday Sale Period, there can be a delay in despatch times, and we currently anticipate despatch within 3-8 business days. We still expect orders to arrive before Christmas. Once your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking link.*****

Free shipping for orders more than $59 except for regional areas in Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses

Fluffurry ships to addresses within Australia, and New Zealand addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fluffurry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Fluffurry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
