No communication, order not dispatched 15 days from purchase

Terrible communication and nonexistent customer service. I placed an order on March 6th, and the tracking shows it has still not been dispatched. I reached out via email two days ago for an explanation - no response. Sent another message today through their contact form and I will now wait. If I don’t get a proper response in the next two business days, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company. What a headache, can’t be that difficult to respond to a paying client and keep them informed of any issues with their order. I do not recommend this company.
